I read on UpToDate (Clinical manifestations and diagnosis of congenital anomalies of the uterus) that risk of 1st and 2nd trimester abortion are highter with an arcuate uterus.
And that preterm labor and risk for fetal death elevated.
How do I interpret this data?
I have a "mild" septation that is apparently greater than arcuate; surgery was offered by not encouraged by my RE.
I am 36 years old, 7.5 wk pregnant after two spontaneous Ab at about 5 - 6 weeks. I am looking for an OB at this point. Do I need a high-risk OB? Do I need a perinatologist?
Thanks for your advice.

Thank you for your reply and time, Dr. Sher.
Do I need a perinatiologist in addition to OB hi risk?
Is the risk that high? Should I be continuing this pregnancy?
Where can I find more information about this?
Many thanks!
